Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alameda County, California, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
