Azure consulting done by people who actually run Azure in production. We design, modernize, and govern Microsoft Azure environments so they stay fast, secure, and within budget as your team and workloads grow.
We have built and modernized Azure environments for healthcare, fintech, and SaaS teams. Some greenfield landing zones, some inherited estates with a decade of drift. Either way, we leave behind something the on-call engineer can actually run.
Most Azure consultancies parachute in with a templated reference architecture, deliver a slide deck, and leave before the first real production incident. Six months later you’re paying twice for compute you didn’t know was running and trying to read someone else’s Bicep at 2am.
We work differently. Every design is justified against your actual workloads, your actual compliance regime, and your actual on-call rotation. We build alongside your engineers, not in a sealed room. The IaC, the runbooks, and the decision log are yours to keep, in your repo, in plain English.
And we stick around. Most of the value from an Azure environment shows up in months three to twelve, when it has to handle real traffic, real growth, and a real audit. We’re there for that part too.
Every engagement is led by senior people who've actually built and run Azure environments at scale. No bait-and-switch where the partners pitch and juniors deliver.
Every design is documented, justified, and defensible. When the security or compliance team comes asking, your team has the answers ready, not a frantic Slack thread.
We design with the Azure pricing calculator open. Reservation strategy, autoscale policies, and PaaS vs IaaS tradeoffs are decided up front, not discovered when the bill arrives.
Your engineers ship alongside ours. By the end of the engagement, the people who'll run the environment are the people who built it. No hostage knowledge.

It depends on where you are. For new Azure adoption: a landing zone design, IaC scaffolding, and the first production workloads running cleanly. For existing estates: an audit, a remediation plan, and execution against the most painful issues first. Most engagements run 6 to 14 weeks, with the option to continue as a managed services partner afterward.
Engagements are scoped by outcome rather than billable hours. A landing zone build is one fixed range, an estate audit another, and ongoing partnership runs as a monthly retainer. We give a written fixed range after a free 30-minute scoping call, not a vague time-and-materials quote that creeps over the engagement.
Yes. We use Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the Azure Landing Zone reference architecture as a starting point, then adapt them to your compliance regime, identity model, and team structure. You don’t get a verbatim Microsoft slide. You get a landing zone that fits how your engineers actually work.
Yes. We’ve built and operated Azure environments under HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI. Identity (Entra ID), network segmentation, encryption, audit logging, and key management are designed against the specific framework before any workloads land. If a control can’t be replicated cleanly in Azure, we flag it during design, not on audit day.
Three options. You take over fully, with documented architecture and IaC in your repo. We stay on as an escalation point for the team, billed by the hour. Or we run the environment as a managed services partner. Most clients pick option two for the first 90 days and decide from there.
An honest look at where cloud economics break down, what on-premise infrastructure really costs, and how enterprises are making smarter workload-specific decisions in 2026.
