Microsoft 365 consulting that leaves your tenant properly configured, not just licensed. We plan and execute M365 migrations, harden your identity and security settings, and set up the governance your compliance team keeps asking about.
We've planned and executed M365 migrations and tenant builds for healthcare, professional services, and SaaS teams. Some greenfield deployments, some migrations off Google Workspace or on-prem Exchange. Either way, we leave behind a tenant the IT admin can explain and the compliance team can audit.
Most M365 migrations get email running and stop there. Six months later you’re paying for E3 licences where half the features aren’t deployed, security defaults are still on because nobody’s touched Conditional Access, and there’s no DLP policy between your finance team and external guests on SharePoint.
We treat the migration as the beginning, not the deliverable. Identity, device management, security, and governance are scoped into the engagement from day one, not added as an afterthought after the email cutover. The compliance framework is configured before go-live, not assembled in a hurry before the audit.
And we hand over properly. You get a runbook that explains what every policy does and why it exists, not just a list of settings. Your IT admin should be able to manage the tenant without calling us. If something isn’t clear, we rewrite it until it is.
We work with the Microsoft stack daily. Every recommendation comes from having configured and managed M365 tenants in production, not from reading the Microsoft documentation out loud at you.
Exchange migrations are planned with parallel mail flow testing, verified DNS cutover sequences, and a rollback path that doesn't involve your CEO's email bouncing for 48 hours. Most cutovers complete inside a 30-minute window.
Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, and Purview are scoped into the project from day one, not added at the end when the budget is gone. Security configuration is part of what we deliver, not an optional add-on.
We review your licence assignment against actual feature usage before recommending any upgrades. Most clients are either paying for features they don't use or missing features they should have. We sort this out during the assessment, not after the engagement closes.

Scope depends on where you’re starting. For a new deployment: tenant architecture, identity design, service configuration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), security hardening (Conditional Access, Defender), and compliance setup (Purview, retention, DLP). For an existing tenant: an audit, a remediation plan, and execution against the most critical gaps first. Most engagements run 4 to 10 weeks, with the option to continue as a managed services partner afterward.
For a straightforward Exchange Online migration from on-prem Exchange or Google Workspace with under 200 users: three to four weeks. Larger organisations or those with complex hybrid setups, legacy public folders, or strict compliance requirements typically run six to eight weeks. We give a written timeline before we start, tied to your specific environment, not a generic estimate.
Yes. We cover the full Microsoft 365 productivity and security stack together. Exchange migration, Teams governance, SharePoint structure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender 365, and Purview are all scoped as a single engagement. They’re not separate products in practice: a change to Conditional Access affects Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint simultaneously. We don’t silo them.
Yes. We’ve configured M365 tenants for HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and FCA. The key areas are data residency, audit log retention, DLP and sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, and Defender policies. We map each control one-to-one to your compliance framework and verify them with your compliance team before handover. If a control requires a specific Microsoft licence tier, we flag it during the assessment.
Three options. You take over fully with a documented runbook and compliance evidence pack. We stay on as an escalation point for your IT admin, billed by the hour. Or we manage the tenant ongoing as a managed services partner. Most clients move to option two for the first 90 days after handover and decide from there based on how often they need us.
An honest look at where cloud economics break down, what on-premise infrastructure really costs, and how enterprises are making smarter workload-specific decisions in 2026.
