DevOps managed services for teams that want senior engineering cover without building a 10-person platform team. We run your CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and infrastructure day-to-day so your developers can ship without waiting on tickets.
We've run DevOps infrastructure for healthcare, fintech, and SaaS teams on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Some platforms we built from scratch, some inherited setups with years of manual drift. Either way, we leave the on-call engineer with something they'd actually want to pick up at 3am.
Most managed DevOps providers run your infrastructure from a ticketing system. You raise a request, it goes into a queue, and three days later something gets changed by someone you’ve never spoken to. When an incident fires at 2am, you’re on your own until business hours.
We work differently. You get a named team of senior engineers who know your stack, are in your Slack, and are in the on-call rotation. Every change goes through code review in your repo. Every incident gets a written postmortem. The runbooks are yours, not locked in our internal wiki.
And we track the things that matter. DORA metrics, SLO compliance, cost trends. Every month you can see whether your deployment frequency went up, your change failure rate went down, and whether the infra bill tracked where we said it would. If it didn’t, we tell you why.
Every engagement is handled by senior DevOps engineers who know your stack. No tier-1 support filtering requests before they reach someone who can actually fix the problem.
Everything we build and operate lives in your repo. Pipelines, Terraform, Helm charts, and runbooks, all in plain English. If you ever bring it in-house or switch providers, you're not starting from zero.
We define reliability targets before we touch anything. Alerts are written against SLOs, not guesses. When something pages, the on-call engineer knows exactly what the service is supposed to do and what it isn't doing.
Our engineers are in the rotation alongside yours. When something breaks at 3am, a senior engineer who knows the system picks it up. Not an answering service. Not a ticketing bot.
"We worked closely with Obsium on an application modernization project for a US-based healthcare customer. Their team successfully migrated the platform to AWS, implemented Kubernetes, and deployed a robust observability stack.
Obsium demonstrated deep expertise in cloud-native technologies and delivered the engagement with professionalism and technical excellence.
We highly recommend Obsium for organizations seeking modern cloud, Kubernetes, and observability solutions."

We’ve worked with Obsium on a few client projects where cloud and DevOps expertise was needed alongside our security work. Their team has good technical depth and has been professional to collaborate with.

Day-to-day operations of your CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure (IaC apply cycles, drift remediation), Kubernetes cluster health, observability stack, and security scanning. We’re also in the on-call rotation for incidents and provide a written postmortem for anything that pages. Scope is agreed before we start, and everything we build or change lives in your version control.
Typically two weeks from first call to active operations. Week one is the baseline audit and access setup. Week two is the handover of current on-call responsibilities and fixing the highest-risk open issues. We don’t start active operations until we understand the stack well enough to not make things worse under pressure.
Not necessarily. Some clients have no internal DevOps function and we cover it entirely. Others have one or two engineers who need senior cover and a second set of hands for incidents. We work alongside internal teams regularly. The most common model is that we own the platform layer (Kubernetes, IaC, pipelines) and your engineers own the application deployments.
We work across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI for CI/CD; Terraform for infrastructure; Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes delivery; Prometheus and Grafana for observability; and PagerDuty or Opsgenie for on-call. We adapt to your existing toolchain rather than replacing everything. If you’re already 80 percent through a migration to a different tool, we continue it rather than restart.
We’re in the PagerDuty or Opsgenie rotation alongside your team. Severity 1 incidents get a senior engineer on within 15 minutes. Every incident closes with a written postmortem, a root-cause summary, and a follow-up action tracked to completion. We report on mean time to recovery monthly so you can see the trend, not just the individual events.
An honest look at where cloud economics break down, what on-premise infrastructure really costs, and how enterprises are making smarter workload-specific decisions in 2026.
